Originally from Homestead, FL, Ashlei is a proud University of Florida alumna, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business. Ashlei brings over 15 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Her background in optimizing systems and enhancing employee experiences makes her an invaluable asset to the team. She joined Malcom in 2019, and her innovative problem-solving, strategic mindset and operational expertise has taken their real estate business to new heights. When not managing operations, Ashlei enjoys tackling DIY home projects, trying new recipes, and planning her next adventure. She is also a talented private chef who enjoys catering for small, intimate events.
