About Holly O'Ferrell

My name is Holly O’Ferrell, and after retiring from the University of Florida with 23 years of experience in financial and grant management, I am excited to begin a new and fulfilling chapter as a real estate sales associate. My professional background gave me a strong foundation in organization, communication, and trust—skills I now bring to guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

I have been happily married to my husband and best friend for over 20 years and am a proud mom to three amazing adult children. Family has always been central to my life and continues to inspire my passion for helping others create stability and build a future through homeownership. I genuinely enjoy engaging with people, understanding their goals, and helping them feel confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, I love boating and fishing, which give me time to unwind and enjoy meaningful moments with family and friends. As I transition into real estate, I am energized, motivated, and deeply committed to helping others find a place they can truly call home.
