About Paige Eldridge

Howdy! I’m Paige Eldridge, Realtor®, Co-Founder of CIBA™, and an Aviation Real Estate Specialist with Arium Real Estate.

Since beginning my real estate career in 2018, I have built hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the industry. My background includes serving as an Award-Winning Operations Coordinator for a top-performing real estate team, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, client relations, transaction management, and operational excellence. Today, I proudly help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate important milestones with confidence and clarity.

In 2022, I earned my real estate license while seven months pregnant on my oldest daughter’s birthday—a milestone that reflects the dedication, resilience, and work ethic I bring to every client relationship.

At Arium Real Estate, I serve as both a Realtor® and Contract-to-Close Specialist, combining communication, organization, and attention to detail to create a seamless experience from contract to closing. My goal is to ensure every transaction is efficient, professional, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I am also the Co-Founder of CIBA™ (Commercial, Industrial, Business Opportunities, & Agricultural), specializing in commercial, investment, land, and agricultural properties. In addition, I focus on Aviation Real Estate, assisting pilots and aviation enthusiasts with hangar homes, private airparks, airport-adjacent properties, and aviation-centered investments.

From driveways to runways—I bring energy, professionalism, and genuine care to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, line dancing, attending music festivals, cheering on the Gators and Steelers, and defending my title as a Three-Time Fantasy Football Champion.
