Licensed since 2022 and an active investor for over 20 years, Stephanie offers a powerful combination of skills. Her two decades of executive management experience in startup and expansion-focused organizations—spanning sales, marketing, and finance—enables her to approach real estate with strategic thinking and business acumen that directly benefits her clients.

 

Her leadership has earned notable recognition: Florida Trend Magazine named her a "Person to Know" in Technology and included her in the "Florida 500" for her work in the nonprofit sector as CEO of a Gainesville organization. She has served on the Alachua County Tourism Board and contributed to the community through committees with the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce.
