Kodi Coles is extremely passionate about connecting Veterans with the right resources to ensure their needs are met. Kodi Coles always stores his fellow veterans' needs in the front of his mind and is always
looking for ways to improve the quality of life for all. Mr. Coles also designed this business to ensure Veterans who are first time home buyers and or seeking to buy/sell property can do so by way of calling Mr. Coles personally. Kodi Coles, a Veteran himself, can identify with some of the challenges many Veterans face and can lead them in the right direction. During Kodi Coles ARMY career he served 6 years in the Fl National Guard with adding 1 year in Afghanistan 2005 to 2006 in Operation Enduring Freedom. Kodi Coles, a Florida Native. Hometown, Lake City Fl. Mr. Coles decided he wanted to follow his mother’s path by attending the very HBCU college she graduated from. Florida A&M University where Mr. Coles would go on to graduate in 2008 with his Bachelors in Criminal Justice and in 2013 with his Master’s Degree in Corrections from Kaplan University. Mr. Coles worked with the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons from 2009 to 2016.Currently working at National Aeronautics and Space Administration from 2016 to Present. Mr. Coles has been in real estate since 2019 however has been a licensed Realtor on the BEAUTIFUL SPACE COAST OF BREVARD from 2021 to present. Mr. Coles specializes in Residential Real Estate, New Home Sales, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Real Estate, Customer Service, Single Family Homes, Working with First-Time Home Buyers, First-Time, Home Sellers, Residential Home Sales, and Luxury Homes.
